Our products are outsourced to be printed which means there could be a quality control issue. Sample orders have been ordered previously to any product being put out so the quality has been tested. That being said, as they are made to order; if the graphic or embroidery is received messed up please email us and we can return it and another will be sent out no cost! If it is a sizing issue, that will be based on discretion. We ask that you carefully read the measurements before purchase and compare the measurements to your own favorite apparel so you are sure to get the right size. It's not to say we won't make exceptions but we would prefer to not do returns based on this just because we end up eating the entire cost which then takes away from profits that can be used to go towards helping fund adventures and gear for those that don't have the funds yet.

Our hoodies are made on demand and we use a third party to help complete this. The shipping time can be anywhere from 5-23 business days. That sounds a little shocking at first, we'd just rather you be over prepared with patience in case an order does take a little longer. This has been tested and multiple orders have been received within 9 business days (11 days with weekends included). Please bear with us as we are new and once we grow larger we plan on being able to provide more efficient shipping times:)
